WHAT THIS SITE IS ABOUT:

Value.

How is it created?   How is it shared?

I'm going to share my ideas.  Write some articles here and there.   Test my knowledge against the world and see where I stand.     And most of all.............I'm not going to take this too seriously.  

Some people will donate.    Most will not.

The people who donate to me will do so because they received some sort of positive value from something I have written here.

I do my part to provide positive value back to the people who donate. 

This website is nothing more than a repository for my thoughts, ideas, and the type of philosophy I want to try to influence on certain subjects.   

Give Jon a Dollar is just a different way of getting paid for the value one provides.   A news person who works at a news station gets paid a salary.   The company pays his salary.  The company is able to pay the newsman because of the advertisers.   And other means.
